What’s Sold Stays in the Collection—Unless It’s Shattered

We do not accept returns, as every order from Hauteart is unique, like the art itself. This isn’t a T-shirt you can return if it doesn’t fit.

However, if the piece:

• arrives damaged,
• looks like it fell off a truck,
• or gets lost somewhere between the studio and your door—contact us within 14 days of delivery.

We’ll ask for photos or videos as proof and do everything we can to make it right, even if it means creating a new piece just for you.
